Donovan Everett
Donovan Everett is the President & CEO of D.A. Everett Construction Group and a seasoned commercial construction leader with over 25 years of experience overseeing more than $2 billion in successful projects . He founded the company in 2013 after roles managing large scale developments and leading major projects, including the Spectrum Center renovation. Donovan’s leadership philosophy centers on placing the right people in the right roles, strategic delegation, and bold decision-making amid uncertainty. He began managing construction sites at just 15 and went on to earn a B.S. in Business from North Carolina State University. Beyond his work in construction, Donovan champions inclusion and economic opportunity, serving on various boards to uplift minority-owned businesses.
